Sales team and Finance Manager (Kim wasn't listed above) were great! Each was attentive, patient and helpful. That said, their abilities and people skills saved the day. I can't say the same about behind were great! Each was attentive, patient and helpful. That said, their abilities and people skills saved the day. I can't say the same about behind the scenes management! Two of three vehicles I considered failed pre-delivery inspection causing inordinate delay and misgivings about attention to the customer. Furthermore, the dealership put their sales staff at risk by making inventory available for sale before the product being fully serviced, inspected and customer ready. This is absolutely a poor reflection on upper management, while the sales team deserves gratitude. More

When things go well, it is easy to write a good review. When they go wrong, there are two things to evaluate--why did it go wrong and how was that handled? We took our car in for scheduled service and waited while the service was done. The next day when we got into the car to go out of state, all the tire pressures were low--all four exactly at 31 instead of 36. So we put air in the tires--which is something that should have been checked during the service--and chalked it up to the fact that it was colder. We left and about 25 minutes into our trip the car alarmed that the oil pressure was low--this is a plug in hybrid and the oil pressure is apparently not measure when it is operating on battery, we can go about 32 miles on battery. We pulled off to the side of the road, saw the puddle of oil under the car, and called the dealership. The service department was closed (after hours) but the sales dept. was open. After explaining our situation and asking multiple times for help we were given the name and number for a tow company. My spouse and I are in our mid-70's with two dogs and it is now getting dark. Luckily the tow company was fabulous and not only arrived in 30 minutes, but took us (and our dogs) back to our house--so that we wouldn't be stuck at the dealership all night (it is in a very rural location with no rental car companies within approximately 30 miles). Then the driver dropped the car at the dealership. The next day it took several calls to the dealership to get the car looked at and the tow charge covered--you would have thought that they would have been pro-active and called us. We missed meetings and doctor appointments previously scheduled--although elderly my spouse still works full time. No one even apologized for the inconvenience or acknowledged the safety issues of two elderly people being on the side of a busy 4 lane highway at dusk. They did send someone out to pick us up and drove me to the dealership to pick up the car. I had to do the normal scenario of going to the cashier to pick up the zero dollar bill that says the oil filter was not properly secured after installation. When I asked if the dealership had been in touch with the tow company about the bill, I was sent to stand in line at the service desk. I can't believe that no one even apologized or was in anyway empathizing with what we had to deal with or the schedule disruptions it caused. I am giving them a 3 rating as they did acknowledge it was their fault for not servicing the car properly. No refund offers (we still had to pay for the faulty service and the wasted time) were made and they didn't even run the outside of the car thru their carwash. We have bought three cars over the years with this company and have had them do all the service work on each. I have written glowing reports in the past, but I doubt very much that we will buy our next car there. I felt that we were considered elderly and probably didn't have much to do--so it wasn't a real inconvenience. We were incredibly lucky that we weren't on our way to the airport for our international flight the following Friday. More
