Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by my Chevy dealer, Flow Chevy in Winston Salem NC. No communication even though “Bryan” sent a text for questions. Never once replied to a text over a several week period. My home dealership text a video of repairs daily. Charged 1 hour labor, $225, to install a battery. No more than a 20 minute procedure. So easy that Autozone installs free with purchase. Truck so dirty and covered in bird poop that I had to stop at next door gas station to clean windshield to see properly. Flow Chevy washes every car that comes into service for free. As a business owner for 41 year in the HVAC business I blame management for such a poorly ran operation. I would highly suggest another dealer or independent shop. Feel like you’re doing business with a lazy high school cashier. More

We were on vacation took our truck there they got us in quick the next day although they could not fix our truck they had a curticy driver take me to get the part and bring me back although they charged me quick the next day although they could not fix our truck they had a curticy driver take me to get the part and bring me back although they charged me for a diagnostic they did refund me my money after we got home very curtious of them and a outstanding garage.
