
I’m originally from Peoria, but I currently reside in Creve Couer. I have a lovely wife, Emily, and together we have a daughter named Brinkley. I’m not very happy with this dealership at all they have had my car twice and both times they didn’t get me a loner car at all and didn’t even keep in contact with me about what was going on with my car and had my car twice and both times they didn’t get me a loner car at all and didn’t even keep in contact with me about what was going on with my car and how they were going to be able to fix this being stranded and not being able to go to work really is upsetting and I told them that I had to get to work and they said that you didn’t buy this car from us so we don’t have to provide you a loner car which I thought was very rude . I got wrote up because I couldn’t get to work. I asked them questions about my car and they told me that they didn’t even know much about these cars because they are new out . So I think it’s very poor communication on their part when they don’t let the customer know what is going on with their vehicle plus they don’t act like they even want to help you because you didn’t purchase the vehicle from their dealership so yes I’m very upset at the dealership and if I could have it towed somewhere else I would because maybe I could at least get my car fixed and feel safe to drive my car again and not feel like it’s not safe to drive anymore. This dealership doesn’t give you the confidence that they can even fix it right! More

I dropped off my truck December 23 and I still don't have it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. The service advisors are doing there be it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. The service advisors are doing there best, but there are major issues there. Oil all over the bottom of my previous truck after an oil change, leaving items.lose after service, no one ever calls you back, and items aren't getting addressed on my new 2023 Ram 1500. I have my 2011 Ram 2500 in for service now. I would.like to have a meeting with the GM and Swrvice Manager to address my concerns. More

I would rate them higher if I could. First experience with them and it was extremely positive from start to finish!
