Since we are over 80 miles away from the dealership, I was able to work with Bryan Thigpen completely over the internet, sending pictures of my trade-in, prequalifing, and able to have a complete deal on the table before I drove to the dealership. Very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The only down side was that they were really busy and we had to wait for our turn with a financial agent. But once in Craig Columbia's office, he was as efficient and professional as the rest of the dealership. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

We also met the manager of this dealership and he also was very helpful regarding the service area of the dealership which plays a big part in where we make our purchases. I did have an issue with the quality of work from the service department for follow up work due to additional purchases. The sales team made it right immediately. Unfortunately it cost my new truck an extra hundred miles. The sales team compensated me for the fuel and picked up & delivered the truck for me to have the work redone. I had a pleasant experience. A Different Model I was really upset to recently find out that the truck I bought was not the truck that was sold to me. My Chevy Silverado 1500 HD was not an HD as I f I was really upset to recently find out that the truck I bought was not the truck that was sold to me. My Chevy Silverado 1500 HD was not an HD as I found out when i went to buy replacement parts. This was the whole reason i bought the truck because it was an HD. It was labeled on both sides of the truck, but when i checked the vin after getting the wrong parts discovered the sales people had lied. It was not an HD. Apparently I needed to double check the fine print on the paperwork as well since it was labeled differently. I will not be buying another vehicle from here again. More
