After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. While on the phone Grace & her manager went above & beyond to offer us an exceptional deal on an even better replacement vehicle. When we arrived at dealership, Grace was occuppied with another customer. So we waited comfortably in an atmosphere that is professional peaceful & effectively streamlined. Grace is absolutely amazing at her job, efficient, honest & very thorough, we appreciate these attributes in our world today. Since Grace's customers were taking longer then expected, John stepped in, another gem, John was informative personable & well organized. In fact every step of the way, ALL staff were extremely energy efficient like the car we purchased! Great Job done at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet on this 4th of July, Independence Day. Bryan took a lease turn in and failed to pay off the loan as agreed. Then dealer refused to honor their mistake in the deal. Bryan went back on his word, and snaked the deal. Horrible dealer. New vehicle turned out to be a lemon with a parasitic draw that drained the battery 4 times to dead in the first 2 years. More
