All the staff. is friendly, not.pushy. They all know their expertise area and if they don't know they will find someone who does know. Efficiency is obvious. When we is friendly, not.pushy. When we went to go buy our pilot, we thought we would be there all day like we have at other dealers. But we were not there all day because they have a process down. We didn't feel rushed either. Honda is not only a great car, but Scott's Honda is great in customer service and knowledge. More
