Unfortunately, I have to leave this type of review but this is truth. Two weeks ago, I brought my car in to have some work done. This included purchasing two brand new tires. The cost of the work that Jim Nissan of Silver Spring did, in total came out to be around $2,500 dollars. The total cost of two new Bridgestone tires came out to be $680, $340 per tire. I paid for everything when the car was ready the next day. I made it half way home, without stopping, before I notice my tire pressure light comes on. I get out the car at a gas station and saw that there was a big lug nut pierced in the tire. The tire was punctured before I left the dealership parking lot. I couldn't immediately bring it back the same day, because of the flat tire issue, traffic picking up and they were closing soon, by the time I was able get a spare tire put on. Here's the bigger issue. I called and told them the issue. They told to bring the car back in the next day. I brought my car to the dealership the next day as soon as they opened up. I told them the problem with the tire. I showed them the tire. I told them, I just purchased this tire along with alot of other maintenance for my car yesterday. I did not have tire for at least an hour before it was puncture. Surely, they would replace my tire at no charge. Surely, there's a warranty for something like this. Maybe, they will give me a 50% discount to purchase a new tire. Jim Nissan of Silver Spring told me "No" to everything. They said I have to purchase a brand new tire at $340 dollars. I pleaded with them. I've been a repeat customer that doesn't mind spending the money to have work done. And they told me "No". I didn't feel good after that. I can't keep doing business with them anymore unless they do what's right about the situation. More

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Bryan who took my keys, asked if I was waiting and directed me owards the waiting room. He came back and informed me of needed services, I did two of them and he was h keys, asked if I was waiting and directed me owards the waiting room. He informed me of what and how soon other services needed to be done, no pressure from him. Because of the way he addressed me, I will be back to do the services required. Was pleasantly surprised on how fast and efficient my appointment went. More
