I have been trying to get a minor body work/ painting done for several months. When I brought my car in for first oil change it was backed into by one of your service techs with resultant minor scratches done for several months. When I brought my car in for first oil change it was backed into by one of your service techs with resultant minor scratches. Took several months for anyone to call me about repairing it and then when I finally took it in , you kept it 5 days and when I went to pick it up one not all the repairs had been addressed. Took another few weeks and several phone calls but am supposedly getting it addressed this week 🤷‍♀️. Also, initially told they’d have a loaner for me but I had to go to Hertz and was given a crappy Kia Soul; They assure me I’ll have a Honda loaner tomorrow - we'll see… More
