My salesperson was not knowledgeable, and sold me a car without remote start, a key feature I was looking for. "It's on the app", said the salesperson. When I got home and installed the app and realized t without remote start, a key feature I was looking for. "It's on the app", said the salesperson. When I got home and installed the app and realized the feature wasn't "on the app", I immediately called and emailed the salesperson, who over the next 6 months kept telling me it was coming. Then I brought my car in for service to another dealership, who immediately told me that my car didn't have the feature and never would. I called the Bethesda dealership's sales manager who told me to have the remote start installed after-market. Not only is this extremely unfriendly of an answer, when I asked three separate times if that would void the warranties I purchased with the vehicle, he didn't know and hasn't gotten back to me. They will sell you a vehicle, but don't count on your salesperson or the sales manager for knowledge or ethics. More

I was given a time for car delivery and when I arrived all paperwork was ready to sign and I was out with my new Audi within less than 2 hours with no surprises or last minute changes from what was agreed on conversations over the phone. I worked with Bryan Mukhin, he is an Audi Brand Specialist, and I feel so grateful that he was there to help me through this process. Bryan also delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping the car. Prior to working with Bryan at Audi of Bethesda, I called and spoke with several dealerships in Northern Virginia, and North Carolina (I needed to buy my new Audi from a USAA certified dealership). What made me choose to work with Audi of Bethesda was how upfront and honest Bryan was when we were working on the price of the car and how much everything was going to cost. I also worked with Simone Durbin in finance and she helped me pick out the service plans that fit my needs. The whole process was no pressure, I have finished the car buying process feeling like I got a fantastic deal on my brand new Audi Q5! John really knows his business. Right off he set me at ease by his sociability. He quickly impressed me with his professional qualifications as he explained numerous technical questions that I brought up. This was my first experience with the Audi brand so I really needed a lot of explanations. He sensed my technical depth, making his remarks at the right level. Next John took me and my companion for a remarkable demonstration of the car's features on the open road, then in traffic. This turned out to be a delightful experience for us as he "showed what that baby could do." He continued patiently to explain further features all the while as I encountered them while exploring the car as driver. I was much impressed with John's knowledge of Audis and cars in general. Also by his enthusiasm for the car and for explaining it. You will be pleased with John Wagner when you go there. More
