Bryan Lacy was awesome, helpful and a pleasure to work with and so was Johnny Low my finance guy. But Joshua Smith was a downside of my experience. I set up an appointment with Bryan but when I got there with and so was Johnny Low my finance guy. But Joshua Smith was a downside of my experience. I set up an appointment with Bryan but when I got there Josh approached me, looked it up on his computer and said he couldn’t find an appointment so he set me up with a test drive and gave me the numbers, maybe 30 min in total. Anyway The next day Bryan got a hold of me and apologized for the mix up. I went with him because he was my first contact. Bryan picked me up the next day from my rental place in Katy with the car I now own and talked to me about it the whole ride to your dealership. We finalized the deal but while I was there Josh welcomed me back squeezing my hand just a little too hard. And then later started complaining about commission with another employee who blamed it on the customer while I was sitting three cubicles over. Maybe that is my fault, and I apologized to Josh but maybe a guy who calls himself the car connect and has so many Christian books displayed on his desk should be acting different. More
