The truck I was sold had hail damage on the roof that was not disclosed. The dealer also claimed to have completed an oil change that was on the carfax however truck is now saying service oil, either it wasn not disclosed. They also increased the price of the vehicle and it wasn't caught during the signing because they were having computer issues and the finance guy was rushing us though to complete the transaction, they didn't even provide a full tank of fuel. Steve was a good salesman. I knew so wanted a Dodge truck but not sure what truck to look at. He helped me focus on a a couple vehicles in the lot and found one. Unequivocally the worst dealership i have experienced in the past 10 yrs. Martin and Bryan specifically are by far the worst finance employees i have encountered. Horrible salesman, unprofessional decorum a the past 10 yrs. Martin and Bryan specifically are by far the worst finance employees i have encountered. Horrible salesman, unprofessional decorum and poor employees overall. I hope the General Manager reads this as i submit this with conviction. Communication was non existent specifically from him regarding financing details which is ridiculous considering it’s in his scope of his role, which prolonged the process and wasted time. In short, seriously re-evaluate who you employ as i can promise you i will never consider a vehicle from your dealership specifically again based off this whole ordeal. Lastly, i want to make clear this is not about the price of the vehicle or what i paid so this should tell you how bad the experience was if it had nothing to do with financial part of the transaction. I hope whoever reads this can use it to improve future customer experiences. Thank you. More
