They claimed my car was finished on a Friday, when I picked it up on a Monday all of the pieces they "replaced/repaired" were MISSING ALL THE CLIPS. Paint chip in fender was not addressed and I was told picked it up on a Monday all of the pieces they "replaced/repaired" were MISSING ALL THE CLIPS. Paint chip in fender was not addressed and I was told 'it was consistent with a door ding' I never had a single paint chip or scratch before this accident now you get to tell ME what happened during MY ACCIDENT? LETS ALSO MENTION PAINT. Why was I not informed you COULD NOT RE DO MY PAINT STRIPING?! I should have been informed from the BEGINNING it would NOT BE DONE AT ALL. When asked why it wasn't REDONE AFTER REMOVED I was told "we didn't realize you had pin striping on the hood" then I asked why it was removed if it couldn't be replaced 'we had to remove it to paint' then I asked HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW IT WAS THERE OF YOU HAD TO TAKE IT OFF Bryan's reply was "I can't give you an answer for that except we didn't know you had it on your hood" you can STILL SEE where the glue from pin striping WAS NOT REMOVED BEFORE YOU DID YOUR PAINT JOB. So now it will be going to ANOTHER SHOP to be DONE AND COMPLETED CORRECTLY. More

When I picked up the car. No one checked the car with me. When asked he said it would take him too much time to assure the car was alright.
