I didn't catch an ounce of pressure to have to buy, he is just a down to earth guy! If I ever have to purchase another vehicle, he is my go-to guy! Thank you have assisting us in our dream SUV!! Ken was able to provide a quote that provided better value than quotes obtained from four other Honda dealerships. At our appointment, Ken took our daughter (the vehicle is for her) and us on a thorough test drive, allowing her to drive under local and highway conditions while patiently explaining and demonstrating the vehicle’s features to her. By the time of our appointment, the new vehicle that we had discussed had been sold. Ken worked to find a comparable vehicle and have it driven from a sister dealership and detailed while we completed the paperwork. Ken did a great job working with the rest of the excellent team to provide a stress-free, no pressure buying experience. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He clearly recognized that obtaining her first car was an important time for our daughter. He treated her with kindness and patience (using his Dad skills), asking questions to make sure that she was happy with the vehicle and fully prepared to drive it off the lot. Our daughter is thrilled with her new car. Ken is a true professional. We are considering buying a new car for us later this year and will contact Ken at that time. Bryan was a pleasure to work with on the finance side. He clearly explained the options, answered all our questions, and was respectful of our final decisions. We also appreciate that Bryan took the time to personally present the documentation for the car’s glove compartment to our daughter and explain it to her; he recognized that this was a big moment for her. Overall, we think this is how a car buying experience should be. More

This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve been around the block quite a few times. Everyone that I encountered went above and beyond. Even with not so great credit (and I’m taking it easy on myself when I say “not so great), they never made me feel like I needed them. Let’s be clear I needed them! This place performed a miracle and I drove off the lot with the car I wanted, the color I wanted, with the features I wanted, the car note I wanted, AND it had a decent amount of gas in it. I recommend Heritage Honda WEST MINISTER, an absolute 10/10. If I go into detail about how AMAZING my experience was you’d think I was lying. It’s almost Christmas and I swear I kept thinking I was in a Hallmark movie, you know they always have a miraculous ending…lol. No but in real life, GO TO HERITAGE HONDA WEST MINISTER AND GET YOU A CAR! Heritage Honda is so lucky to have Robert Lee, Richard Papafio, Bryan Duff, & Deejay Barnett! To the owner of Heritage Honda, if you see this, EVERYONE I MENTIONED NEEDS A SALARY APPRAISAL! For the first time in life I didn’t walk into a car dealership and feel like I was in a pool full of piranhas that were going to attack me because of my credit score!
