As soon as I got in my car, my pants had a large black stain on the back of my upper thigh--it was from my seat. The mechanic who got in it had to have had some grease or debri on their pants. I'm glad it was the complimentary oil change, because if it hadn't been I would have demanded it to be fixed then and there. Because it had taken so long, however, I was late for another appointment and had to get going. I can truthfully say I have no desire to go back and have my car serviced at this dealership. More

I will also share my evidence here. Everyone should see this fraud. The price I agreed on is $40,600 and the price they secretly changed is $46,381. It's very clear. More
