Super, excellent, outstanding experience. I've purchased dozens of cars over the years, including seven previous Volvos. Most were fairly smooth, but Crest has really elevated the experience. My salesperson Bailey was professional and helpful the entire time. Great follow up...no pressure, and she even helped me program the Google Car Play. The video from the service department was a very nice touch. First time getting my car. Billy helped me out and was really nice and fair. Didn't try to get me to get a pricer car or pressure me and was honest and truthful. Bought my car WITHOUT any car payments. But when I got my car, the key fobs were not even connected to the car in the first place. Would had to pay $180 just to fix the key fobs but thanks to Bryan I didn't have to do that. I highly recommend Bryan. He helped me fix my car's key fob without me paying for anything!
