The prices are fair for the work that is done. There are even discount coupons offered on the Cadillac app which I took advantage of! The service reps are on top of it and a shout out to Ashley, Brian and Greg, they are professional, friendly and explain things. The cashiers in the back are friendly and helpful. I had to find the parts department and one of the employees nearby overheard me asking for directions and then stepped in and offered to walk me to the elevator and take me directly to the parts department. They opened doors, were very polite made me feel comfortable. I like the waiting area where you can get complimentary, water, sodas, coffee even a cappuccino my personal favorite. More

After buying a $5,450 extended warranty that was suppose to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyl to be bumper to bumper, my radio didn't work. Three days later and a bill for $530, I got the car back. Also ask my new and awful Service Advisor Tyler Sullivan to have my tire pressures checked. He assured me that Service always checked them. Drove out of the Dealership and my low tire pressure indicator came on. Worst service I've ever had. Beware of Findlay Cadillac!!!!! More

Just an update because I’ve driven a couple more units off the lot since then. My man Steve has been promoted, but I know I’m in good hands with Deb. There are two Cadillac dealerships in the Vegas metrop off the lot since then. My man Steve has been promoted, but I know I’m in good hands with Deb. There are two Cadillac dealerships in the Vegas metropolitan area. One is about 15-minutes from my house. Findlay is about 40-minutes during Saturday traffic and well worth the commute. This is where to go when you want an executive experience. More
