Initially went down to check out an Audi with low miles. I had communicated with the dealership that I was driving down from Sarasota. Once I got to dealership I was told someone from out of town put down a I had communicated with the dealership that I was driving down from Sarasota. Once I got to dealership I was told someone from out of town put down a deposit but I was told they would still offer me the car. After negotiating we were $1000 apart. My wife and I left and told them to sell it to the person that had a deposit on the car which was the right thing to do anyway I thought. It was strange. That night the sales manager called and said the deposit was not an issue and offered me the car at the price I offered. After that things went much better and the sales manager made things right. Of course we had to take a second hour drive to dealership that could have been avoided. More

I was not pleased with my first visit, I was greeted by a young man, I told him I was interested in looking at used cars, he to where they were, when I asked him if there were any window stickers on them, he young man, I told him I was interested in looking at used cars, he to where they were, when I asked him if there were any window stickers on them, he told me I could look them up on your website, then he said if I had any questions on any of the cars to come back to the office. My second visit to the dealership, was after I went online and inquired about a vehicle and made an appointment with Bruno Borda. Told him the vehicle I was interested in and when I met him for my appointment he had the car up front at the dealership. Very professional. Maybe he could have a training session for some of the other sales people. More
