Purchased an oil change package and brought my car in for an oil change and they would not honor the package deal due to my car being a different VIN number. I had to replace my car due to mechanical issues an oil change and they would not honor the package deal due to my car being a different VIN number. I had to replace my car due to mechanical issues. We have purchased a lot of vehicles from Owatonna Ford and given them business. $175 package out the window. They will no longer get any of our business. More
