I just recently bought a BMW 528i at this dealership, the process was very easy and no pressure at all. I wanted to get a better price though, but they did not accept to get into the haggling mode. After I t process was very easy and no pressure at all. I wanted to get a better price though, but they did not accept to get into the haggling mode. After I took the car, I realized that the windshields washer pump was not working, and they accepted to fix for me. Bruce Le, the salesman, was very kind and easy to work with. The only thing I did not like is that they added a theft protection plan and an interior protection plan and those are non-optional, so if you want the car you will have to pay about thirteen hundred more. More

Our salesman, Bruce Le was very inattentive to us while we there. I repeatedly had to chase him down to try and move the process along. The finance employee we worked with, Ms. Lauderdale was wonderful and we there. I repeatedly had to chase him down to try and move the process along. She was able to get us through the paperwork process despite some errors on my part and I am very thankful for her assistance. All of this after driving from Corpus Christi to Houston. I would recommend this dealership more highly simply for the experience provided by literally everyone except our salesman who seemed more concerned about his 3PM appointment. More
