This was my first time using the Cadillac Service Center. They were efficient and did a great job. The work was done before the allotted time, which was a pleasant surprise, considering I was waiting. The C They were efficient and did a great job. The Cadillac Service Center offers a wide array of refreshments, from coffee and lattes to soda pops and water. They even have a delightful basket of snacks, ensuring you're well taken care of during your visit. The only hiccup was the carwash unit was broken, so there was no wash :-(. But overall, I will go back and only to Cadillac in Henderson.. My apologies. I am trying to remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, Adam or Alex. But he was awesome! More

If I could give this dealership a zero I most definitely would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. I purchased an Escalade most recently and I've been so extremely unhappy with everything from the purchase to the service to the management. Noone cares about the people anymore! If you are looking to shop for a car, check out their inventory, even if Cadillac isn't the car you want, look through their inventory, the experience alone with working with them was WONDERFUL...thank you so much I now own my second Escalade, and I am happy...the only request they couldn't do was making the car payments for me!!! ha ha ha but you best believe I ASKED! I Had a good experience with the sales person and found a vehicle that I was very happy purchasing although I was lead to believe all I had to do to acquire the code to unlock the door with a code was go to vehicle that I was very happy purchasing although I was lead to believe all I had to do to acquire the code to unlock the door with a code was go to the Lincoln dealership to obtain it. It turned out that I had to pay an extra fee in order to obtain the code once I inquired about it at the Lincoln dealership. I went back to the Cadillac dealership where I purchased the vehicle and talked to the Manager about the confusion, I was told by the manager he would make a one time exemption for me when i left the dealership. Not once have i received a phone call or email about waiving the fee for the code.I want to give a good rating but in this case I will not, due to the failed follow through by the manager of the Henderson Cadillac Dealership. In response to this review when I receive a positive response back from the dealership the resolve this issue I will gladly retract this 3 star rating. More
