Took the car in to check tire noise after I had recently had it in for tire rotation and oil change . They said tire noise was from tire wear( the video they sent said tread was fine) so quote for new tires had it in for tire rotation and oil change . They said tire noise was from tire wear( the video they sent said tread was fine) so quote for new tires was outrageously high compared to other tire shops 25%higher plus alignment etc. I was charged $84 for them to tell me this. I got tires elsewhere , right after I got my car back I got a service due notice on the dash, now I have to bring it back again. I think I’ll just get oil changes at the jiffy line from now on. Typical dealer service rip off. In the market for a new car soon. Not going to be a Mazda from this dealership for sure. More

I brought the car into Flood because it was slow to start. Bruce had the mechanic check the battery and found out it was weak and wouldn't make it in colder weather! They replaced it promptly.
