Great Service Great service as always. The entire team from service to sales always exceeds this customers expectations. The parts department guys are helpful and Great service as always. Matt S always takes care of our vehicles as he knows what twe need. Below I selected Sales (New) but we were also there for an oil change and free coffee. Return the tires a second time. Back again with the Goodyear tires. Again they contacted Good year about the problem. Apparently the two replacement tires were very hard to balance Back again with the Goodyear tires. Again they contacted Good year about the problem. Apparently the two replacement tires were very hard to balance but they thought they had it done. Still have the terrible vibration. Will be in next Monday to put two replacement tires on the van again. Hopefully these tires will balance like they should and the problem will be solved. Hopefully...... The first time these tires were replaced we had to pay $35.00 for having the tires removed and replaced. We will see how it goes this time. More

Recent visit to dealer We purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance tires, and when we drove on the highway we experienced a very bad vibration. We contacted the dealership immed We purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance tires, and when we drove on the highway we experienced a very bad vibration. We contacted the dealership immediately and made arrangements to bring the van back in. They said 2 of the tires were defective and contacted Goodyear for replacements. It took 3 calls and over a week of waiting but we finally got replacement tires. More
