He was a very efficient salesman. He is exceptionally kind and considerate. The showroom is spacious and easy to navigate through and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Amer Samhat from your sales department was outstanding.... he gave me his undivided attention from the initial lot search of potential vehicles , through the test drive process, going into the various price point terms & options selections...right through the delivery process and he was able to but me into a new Bronco Outer Banks n 3 hours. I also had a great experience with Finance Manager Logan Romain who explained all the finance options & opportunities without pressure in a friendly manner. My first experience at this dealership leasing / purchasing a 2008 Mustang GT California Special ( Tom Holzer Ford ) was a great experience and it look as though the Serra Automotive is continuing on with the tradition ! More
