I received the best customer service and professionalism from Bruce. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain each package that was available for the SUV. He also kept me updated on the build, expected arrival date, and any other questions during the 3 month wait. Where the customer service really shined, was when I came to pickup the car and take it home. Bruce had a great attitude during the entire process of the paperwork and Andy Tan from the finance department made financing feel like a breeze. What really set this experience apart from all the other cars that I have purchased, was that Bruce really took the time to show my mom all the details of the new GLE... inside and out. He explained the functionality of every screen and every button. If it looked like she didn’t understand it fully, he would politely re explain. My family and I have purchased quite a few cars from different dealerships such as Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, etc, and I can truly say that this experience has topped the rest. More
