Brought my truck in for a squeaky window and a faulty mirror dimmer, after waiting 3 hours they called me in and said the mirror dimmer wasn’t equipped on that one mirror which was my mistake because I t mirror dimmer, after waiting 3 hours they called me in and said the mirror dimmer wasn’t equipped on that one mirror which was my mistake because I thought it was equipped. For the window they said they couldn’t get it so squeak so they didn’t do anything to it. I have extended warranty on my truck and they said this didn’t cover it for some reason, therefore after wasting 3 hours of my day and doing absolutely nothing they charged me $250 dollars for nothing. Terrible dealership and have nothing but problems here, stay away!! More

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dea have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dealership in it had over 80 error codes, however the electrical issue cannot be resolved. The platinum warranty that was sold doesn’t cover any of the work because they cannot diagnose the issue. The last conversation I had with the customer service representative was terrible and she apologized for my “feelings” regarding the vehicle situation. I told her my vehicle situation was based on facts and I was contacting the BBB. Do NOT buy from this dealership they are the worst! More

We found a car we were interested in purchasing if upfront. We live about an hour away, was recommended to this place. It was a bit out of our price was and was told over the phone they would drop it upfront. We live about an hour away, was recommended to this place. It was a bit out of our price was and was told over the phone they would drop it down and we had no worries. Fast forward driving an hour there. We were told the price was firm and we were thrown out of their store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called again today twice and the first person said they could get the price down and then another person said that we're asking for is fair but they can't do it. The car had two dents and multiple scratches. And the stereo didn't work too. Keep in mind I'm 18 years old looking to buy my first car for a high price and was offering to pay the original price including tax title and license and was still denied. Horrible service and communication, no one ever go here. I definitely do not recommend. They lie to get you to come in and persuade you to buy you a car for an asking price that isn't reasonable. Don't come here unless you want a snotty dealership to try to take all your money. They've called me a liar are completely ignorant to negotiation. Also trying to get us to spend over 9k during a pandemic where many people have a hard time with money! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP More

Looked to good to be true being able to buy a new 2020 Ram 1500 that listed for 50K, for 32K. Not going to happen....And then he tells me theres a hidden dealer package they caharge you 2500 for thats not listed anywhere. The sales Manager was RUDE and could care less if I was there or not. Youd think the day before they were being forced to shut down do to the virus, that theyd consider all deals. Not this one. We were so far apart in price that I laughed. And they still couldnt let it go...And when I got loud about how I was being treated, I was given my keys and asked to leave as to not upset the other customers. What a joke. Wife and I have perfect credit (860), make good money, have secure long time careers, own 4 homes, 3 of which have no mortgages, had a decent trade in, and were ready to buy, until we were severely lowballed and embarrassed by the numbers we were given. Im a numbers guy and did my homework before I came in only to be insulted. Never again Napleton, and trust me, word spreads quick........BUYERS BEWARE More

Looking to cheat you! I wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before I drove four hours one way to purchase a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was impressed that t I wish I had read the reviews for this dealership before I drove four hours one way to purchase a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was impressed that they used every dealer scam I have ever heard of. After the test drive they pulled out the four square technique. I kept trying to discuss MSRP and incentives and they would not get off of what payment I could afford. They offered me $9000 for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Although I thought it was an insulting offer kept my mouth shut. I informed the sales manager that I had two dealerships offer me $14000 earlier in the week so he would need to step up. The next scam was posted on the windows of all the new cars. They charge $2500 for a dealer installed safety package which includes Nitrogen filled tires, a set of lug locks for the tires, a years worth of oil changes and car washes for life... It's funny but true. So in the end I was there to buy a car with a $40,000 MSRP before incentives and negotiations. Their advertised price was $32000. I emailed Brooklynn and Armi three times to confirm that the advertised price on the internet was the actually price. They both assured me the price was the price but they were obviously lying. Through the negotiations they wanted me to pay $800 per month for 60 months (which is $42K) or $700 for 72 months which is 52K ($20,000 more than advertised sale price and $12K over MSRP!) The sales manager was unwilling to let the car go for anything less... I truly feel bad for the people that fall for their tricks. I was willing to walk away and drive four hours home with a lessoned learned. I would guess a lot of people do not because they don't know better. Shame on you! More

She alienated me by refusing to answer my questions about pricing stating: "We are willing to work on numbers, but only negotiate in store." I told her I wasn't driving in to the store negotiate on price so she basically said too bad. In this day and age of informed buyers and comparative shopping, this is not how businesses want to operate. I doubt that Napleton would condone her antics. More

Buyer Beware We bought a car from here in September. They rushed us through the paperwork to get us out of there so they could close for the day. The license plates were sent to a wrong address and when reviewing the paperwork they charged us more for the car than the offer we were promised. Then we got the home (over an hour away) to find out one of the keys doesn't even work. We've reached out multiply times to get the issues resolved and each time we're told we'll look in to it and get back to you and never hear anything back. Almost two months later and still no resolution to anything. Half the people we talked have left the company as well. More

Deception from the start Found a 2019 Jeep Compass my daughter was interested in online. I called to confirm the vehicle was there and ended up speaking with Armi who assured me the price was the price and that Jeep also had )% financing available.The price wasn't the price when you include all the add-on fees. Financing wasn't )% with the price and then was led to believe it would be 4.9% "but you can change to a better financing option 4 months later so you get all the incentives". Wait, Wait and more wait. After 5 ours, we are now in the finance office. Fill out all the paperwork and to my surprise, the last sheet shows the payment amounts and that finance is actually 6.61%. i have an 850 credit score and my daughter has a 750 by herself. To top it all off, I sent an email directly to the GM explaining the entire experience and haven't heard a word. Appears what we went through working with Napleton Arlington Heights Jeep, must be a common practice. I will never be back or send anyone to this dealership. More
