THEY scheduled my 4 month old Enclave for service. I brought it in and it sat there for 7 hours untouched. I have multiple brake problem warnings popping up constantly. With 2 young children... this i I brought it in and it sat there for 7 hours untouched. I have multiple brake problem warnings popping up constantly. With 2 young children... this is not ok. The tech told me to schedule somewhere that wasn't "backed up" like that made it ok. Incompetent to schedule an appointment at 830am and never even touch the car. Go somewhere else with your business. More

Ms. Kenzie was very helpful, explained everything and promised the issue would be resolved as soon as the part comes in (4 weeks she said.) I highly recommend Ms. Kenzie as Golf Mill Chevy customer servi promised the issue would be resolved as soon as the part comes in (4 weeks she said.) Took my Chevy in for service work with a scheduled morning appointment. No call from a service manager until late afternoon saying they haven't even looked at the vehicle and would like to keep it ove morning appointment. No call from a service manager until late afternoon saying they haven't even looked at the vehicle and would like to keep it overnight. I needed my vehicle back that day. I give them one star for lack of communication to the customer. When I bought my vehicle from Chevy, they guaranteed their service department was excellent. It's far from it. Better off using a different dealership. More
