I ran over a nail on my way to work while it was raining. When I brought my car in, Brooke ranger quickly acknowledged me in the service drive, and got her team to fix my flat tire very promptly. It had stopped raining, and my car was dirty, so Brooke had my car washed for me making it look brand new again! Danny Hernandez called as a follow up which was also a nice touch. We used to go to the Monrovia dealer - but after it was sold, it went downhill, nothing is as nice as it should be, including the customer service - but at Ontario - it is as an Infiniti dealer should be f sold, it went downhill, nothing is as nice as it should be, including the customer service - but at Ontario - it is as an Infiniti dealer should be from the moment you step on the lot. They fixed a problem creased by the Monrovia dealer quickly and with the utmost care! They washed my car like I had taken it to be detailed!!! We will be coming back to them for sure!! More
