MVP card not honored I was extremely disappointed my MVP card was not honored towards service on 9/20/19. Two other customers were upset also and we have sent emails and c I was extremely disappointed my MVP card was not honored towards service on 9/20/19. Horrible customer service for a 2 hour oil change! By far, the worst experience I have ever had! 1st time appointment took 90+ Minutes for just an oil change. Decided to give a 2nd try, since we stil By far, the worst experience I have ever had! 1st time appointment took 90+ Minutes for just an oil change. Decided to give a 2nd try, since we still had our Honda gift card to use. 2nd time took two hours (for a scheduled oil change appointment) while we waited in a very dirty waiting area, and when the oil change was FINALLY done...we tried to pay using the Honda gift card (given to us by this dealership as part of our Honda purchase price), we were told they no longer can take any of the gift cards since they changed ownership!!!! Service girl didn’t care that we were upset. We went to talk to the general manager and he had no care at all. Manager basically laughed at us as he sat in his office eating candy with a 2nd manager and some girl. The worst Customer service I have experienced in a long time. We will be trading our car in soon and we will not even consider giving this dealership a glance. More

Poor service Was given a quote over the phone for tires.. was told all in under $500. I said this includes everything. Told yes. Well that is not what happen. Also was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. At 2 hours I had to ask how much longer. Was told they were just starting the ailment. The I watch the 3 guys on there phones chit chatting with each other as my car was not being worked on. More

Problem solved. The young lady who helped me was very polite. We managed to solve the vibration problem with 2 new tires and a rotation. The struts i purchased at honda in rhinelander were after market struts. Which all star honda nixed at my last visit when i was told i needed new front struts. Why???? More

Hard working repairs to older Accord Brooke and Tony Very patient, understanding and courteous with my 07 Accord hybrid repair. Issue with check engine light, got it fixed then had to ad Brooke and Tony Very patient, understanding and courteous with my 07 Accord hybrid repair. Issue with check engine light, got it fixed then had to adjust once more after light on. They used Honda tech, advised me on options got me a loaner, and were understanding of the situation. They persevered over challenging repair on my accord with 209k miles. Thank you! More
