Excellent Service Experience I was experiencing some brake issues with my VW Eos and brought it into to White Allen for service. The techs spent a significant amount of time seek I was experiencing some brake issues with my VW Eos and brought it into to White Allen for service. The techs spent a significant amount of time seeking to discern the problem and after checking everything out were happy to tell me there were no serious issues (indeed, no issues at all with the brakes). After sharing the good news, my service advisor thanked me for the trust I placed in them and sent me happily on my way... with no charge. I have been having my VW serviced at White Allen ever since I've owned it and will continue to use their fine service department. They are not only courteous and polite, but very capable and have served me well over the years when I've had issues. I recommend White Allen without hesitation our reservation.
