I had a great experience with Brock to get all set up to but the car 10/10 would work with him again. When going to finance working with Quinn left a bad experience. He pushed way to hard on the extras and but the car 10/10 would work with him again. When going to finance working with Quinn left a bad experience. He pushed way to hard on the extras and made me feel like xxxx that I sad no and that the car was going to break the second the standard warranty ran out. My self and my wife were about to end the deal at that point. More

What a fantastic dealership. Everyone is so friendly and no pressure tactics from sales people. The service department was top notch. From the shop workers to the finance helpers, everything was great. Working with Mr. Caspar was very helpful during the process of buying out my Toyota Highlander lease and doing a buy out. Everything was was great. Working with Mr. Caspar was very helpful during the process of buying out my Toyota Highlander lease and doing a buy out. Everything was explained and I felt like he was committed to explaining the process very well. Another finance employee also was very helpful as they explained everything I needed to know. I felt very confident in my decision to keep my Highlander instead of turning it in for something else. It’s been a great vehicle! More

Didn't feel very important guess if you don't have 70K to drop you don't matter. It took them over an hour to find the keys to the car we wanted to look at then we were asked while waiting for someone to fin drop you don't matter. It took them over an hour to find the keys to the car we wanted to look at then we were asked while waiting for someone to find the keys other then the keys what would was stopping us from buying the car . Really !!! Then when we came back with cash before we had the keys they put the cash in the drop box and then they had problems getting us the title . You guys stink at customer service or even knowing what you are doing. More

I ended up paying cash for my car. I have excellent credit above 800 on all three reporting agencies. The decision to do cash was based on not getting a rate that made sense. Nate seemed condescending when he asked me "what rate did you really think you were going to get?" You offered me 7.99 to start and only came down to 6.99. It was just a business decision. In any event, he came off as a dick. The overall experience was marginally better at 3 stars. I chose Orem Toyota because you had the car I wanted in stock. The sales associates were ok. However, the car needed to be left over night to repair a rock chip that occurred during a test drive prior to my visit. I worked with two sales associates and they said they would call and let me know when to pick up my car. I called later afternoon next day and was told that both associates had the day off and my car was ready. Just feel like I shouldn't have had to call. I've generally done business with Mark Miller Toyota in the past. My experience there has been far superior to Orem Toyota. Sorry, wish I could write a better review. More
