Came in for tire rotation and oil change, when I got to the counter to pay the person told me the mechanic couldn’t do the tire rotation cuz they couldn’t get the center cap off… which makes no sense- no h the counter to pay the person told me the mechanic couldn’t do the tire rotation cuz they couldn’t get the center cap off… which makes no sense- no help with making it right or offered to find out why- I was just asked to pay for my oil change.
