At 3:30 pm on December 16th, 2013, our 2006 Honda CR-V broke down on south I-75 near Warner Robins, GA on our way from Indianapolis, IN to Lake Placid FL for our vacation, leaving us stranded. I located the nearest Honda Dealership on my cell phone (Hughes Honda). Within a half hour, they had a tow truck and their hospitality van there to help us. The service department confirmed that the timing chain broke and destroyed the engine. (a non maintenance part). We worked with Todd Keene, Senior Sales Rep and many others at Hughes Honda and decided that our best alternative was to purchase a new 2014 Honda CR-V. We were so pleased with the friendly service and hospitality and would highly recommend them to our friends and others who read this review. More
