We came in for emergency repairs on a used 13 Crosstrek with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. They told us the would give us a loaner that day - e with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. They told us the would give us a loaner that day - even though we were not established customers. We "shopped" cars while waiting for the loaner and even though we had no intention of buying a car, we knew the cost of fixing it might not be worth it. Well the story ends with us buying a 2025 Outback 5 days later. Brittney was helpful and responsive, Debbie worked hard to get us in a new vehicle - and had patience with me when I changed the car in the 11th hour. Everyone we met was helpful, courteous, and had a smile. More
