The employees are helpful in the service area and the ones I have dealt with are honest about exactly what things are covered by the service contracts and extended warranties. The sales staff is.....SALE ones I have dealt with are honest about exactly what things are covered by the service contracts and extended warranties. The sales staff is.....SALES. So I know their job is to sell cars, anyway possible so stretching the truth sometimes happens (as expected). They will do everything short of tying you down to stop u from leaving the sales area, but once you give them a number that they can not even come close to...they will "let you go". More
