Every aspect of car buying and service at this place is phenomenal. The staff are all incredible. All were nice, friendly, kind, and attentive. Our salesperson, Blake C, was very attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and wasn't a pushy salesman. He stayed late into the evening, as we test drove the vehicle we ended up purchasing, twice in the same evening. I drove it 1st, and I wanted me wife to drive it as well, before deciding to purchase. The finance person, Greg M. stayed late as well, and didn't rush things. Given that it was late, dark, and very cold outside, we didn't get to thoroughly inspect the outside of the vehicle. There were a few things that the salesperson pointed out, that we probably wouldn't have noticed, and he indicated they would take care of them. I just can't say enough good things about the entire Toy Barn crew! More

He used intimidation tactics to try to cover up the deception that occurred when I bought a Bentley. At that point I did what he said and as soon as he let my hands go I got out of there. I am in my 60’s and have been an avid collector of vintage and classic cars. This experience just makes me feel sick. I have never had a man try to intimidate an elder as well as having someone put his hands on me. NEVER WORK WITH THIS MAN. He is a predator. More
