My experience was satisfactory. I was able to schedule a date and time that worked well for me. I received a software update that extended my stay. Problem I experienced was when I I was able to schedule a date and time that worked well for me. I received a software update that extended my stay. Problem I experienced was when I drove my car home it responded differently. I looked at the driving modes, the dial was grayed out all around. I drove the car home and called the dealership. I turned off the car and discussed the issue. When I turned the car back on the dial was lit and functioning. Haven’t had any problems since. More

I asked several times for a breakdown of the number they put on the paper. Why aren’t the taxes listed? Well you know the price of the car so if you calculate you can see this final number is the tax added. put on the paper. Why aren’t the taxes listed? Well you know the price of the car so if you calculate you can see this final number is the tax added. So nothing else? I asked many many many times. This is my out the door price? Yes yes yes. They told me. Until I sat with Gerard the finance guy. They know I had to leave at 3 PM - I said if there isn’t enough time, I’ll be happy to come back in the morning. I already left the deposit. There was plenty of time they told me. And of course he doesn’t call me in until 2:45. Conveniently I am in a rush. Suddenly there are many extra fees bringing my total about 4-5 thousand more. I complained, asked if there was a video camera to go back to- and then he took off some of the fees. Then the salesman came in to apologize as if he was completely shocked. Don’t tell me it wasn’t a well played plan. I have shared this sneaky approach with many many co workers in the area- I am sure they will not be visiting this store. I bought the car but have buyers remorse. I should have called off the deal and went to another more honest dealer. More

My experience with the service department was excellent. The shop is spotless and organized. The waiting area is nice with plenty of seating. They were prompt and ready for me at my appointment time. Your service was very good as usual. Setting the appointment both online and on the phone was terrible. Online didn’t accept my password, inquiry o4 appointment. Soooo! For two days I was transferred to Tom, who I later learned was the manager, left my number with an explanation of simply wanting to make an appointment. On the third day, I called again, twice. Th3 firs5 time I connected with a human. She indicated the service coordinato4 was out to lunch. Took my phone and promised a callback. NOT. Called back and f8nally connected, and service was for a week later. Ridiculous. Now that said a week later everything went as expected. Lennie, was my advisor and followed through to my vehicle pick up. He just never told me if my recall was done. I like the place, service and people but if they are too busy, then stop texting and emailing me to come for service. Which my last point is to update the vehicles you service. I only have 11710 miles on the vehicle. My 20000 will be my next visit due, so I would appreciate less contact until that point. More
