We traveled 2. 5 hours to buy a Tundra at Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills. From the first call we made to inquire of a Tundra we have been treated with the utmost care and respect. Our Salesperson, Katie Harold was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of the Tundra was extraordinary. While we waited for our truck to arrive, Katie kept in close contact with periodic updates on the delivery. She answered questions quickly and efficiently through emails and texts. She truly made the truck purchase easy. She left nothing to guess; from bumper to bumper she made sure we knew our truck and its capabilities. She is a star at this dealership and they are blessed to have her.
