Purchased a used Cadillac from them on June 22,2023. During test drive all gauges went off, they said it was the aftermarket key and would get me a key. This happened every time we drove the car. Then we realized the key given us did not work the door lock ! I called several times with no return call, the Stanley called and said hey, you bought as is, end of story!! I have spent nearly a $1000.00 getting the car to work correctly and still have to have a garage pull the key tumbler and bring it to a locksmith to modify it to work with a key The dealership has been totally unhelpful, just saying you bought it as is, even though they must have been aware of these issues and never told us of them Went to a dealership thinking I could avoid this kind of thing, not with these guys. I will never go there again and considering what action should be next. More

It’s been about 2 weeks that we are really enjoying our 2023 Chevrolet Malibu LT with the help of sales consultant Stanley Statkiewicz. Starting with our Monte Carlo back in the 80”s and now we are on the 2023 Chevrolet Malibu LT with the help of sales consultant Stanley Statkiewicz. Starting with our Monte Carlo back in the 80”s and now we are on the 12th car. We had the same exemplary service from Stanley each time we made a purchase with him. Professionally he has a high regard for his customers. Stanley does he due diligence, and research on the vehicle your want to purchase. Stanley also used his co-workers to provide excellent added information to our discussions. Thank you Brian , GM in sales /Eli , business manager, / Nate and Dave ,technicians/ Josh, service advisor. Stanley uses the resources of his co-workers to investigate on how you can build your own car based on the criteria you provide. Yes ,Stanley is a team player every time we dealt with him for 30 plus years. Personally, Stanley is a man of character, integrity and very professional who really LISTENED to us through out our purchase process. He asks you to consider every option that he and his team offer. Stanley is a relaxed, hassle free kind of sales consultant who wants you, the customer ,to have the best possible experience at Key Chevrolet. Satisfaction was his goal for us, and worked hard to make sure that we would be happy with our long term investment.. Regarding the satisfaction point ,he sat in the driver’s side of the car to explain how daily features of the vehicle would work. Now on to operational functions of On Star, XM radio, sun roof, for a total of over 2 hours. Next his quiz for us to show him how to operate various functions he talked before and made sure we had a full understanding of our car . Now that is detailed, hands on practice before we left the dealership. Bottom line , add on many more than 5 stars for Stanley Statkiewicz who treated us like family and represented Key Chevrolet to the highest standard in the industry of car dealerships. Buyers Beware ! ! Do not buy from here , they have no clue what there doing. I purchased a truck on July 31st and it’s been 22 days and they still have not registere ! I keep getting the run around every-time I call. The owner needs to reevaluate his team and fire all the incompetent people. More

After extensive research for months, I decided to take a chance and take a little road trip from NH to CT once I found they had exactly what I had been looking for. When I arrived after 2.5 hours, Although they were short staffed that day, I was immediately given undivided attention and I knew in my gut that taking this chance was all going to be worth it! The entire team was fantastic! No time was wasted on the wheeling and dealing process, working out the financials, etc. and before I knew it, I was heading back to NH in my new car! Since that time, I have had Chris, personally reach out to me several times just to make sure things were still going well and to make sure all my questions/concerns were being handled. I'm telling you...I have spent many hours in dealerships over the years and never once have I ever experienced a nicer, more honest, patient, polite, personable team of people to help make a purchase like this so enjoyable. I love this car and feel very lucky to have gotten the privilege of working with such good people! Thank you for a great out-of-state car buying experience!!
