We went to this dealership on July 8, 2025. The sales person, Brenton was great. He was kind and very patient. He provided us with a lot of information about the vehicle we wanted to buy. But w The sales person, Brenton was great. He was kind and very patient. He provided us with a lot of information about the vehicle we wanted to buy. But when his boss, Michael Rodriguez, came out, our experience turned horribly stressful and negative. He offered the Honda Passport at $10,000 over the MSRP, when we were asking to put $25,000 down and finance $22,000 on the MSRP price, which was already $2,000 more than the True Car or Edmonds recommended prices for this vehicle. Rodriguez never came down to the MSRP price and was quoting us payments of $500 per month even with more than 1/2 down. This was the worst experience that I have had with any dealer. Later I called to see if he would do the $25,000 down and $22,000 financed, but he said $23,000 financed and our payment would still be over $400 per month. Anyone can do the math and see that this did not add up. He was determined to rip us off. He was rude and insulted our intelligence and just didn't care. More

Amber was not my sales rep but she made sure I was taken care of when I had problems with the car I purchased.
