Zero stars - it takes me a lot to write a bad review and this is warranted. This dealer damaged our car and then would not take responsibility for the damage done nor come to a compromise. I was in a jam and needed a quick repair because I was moving and needed the truck to tow. Bridgette Davis was my service rep, and when I explained the situation she was able to get the truck diagnosed an moving and needed the truck to tow. She also gave updates throughout the day so that I knew when it would be ready, and she never tried to upsell routine maintenance items like air filters or fuel filters that had nothing to do with the reason for repair. All in all a very good service experience, and one that will keep me coming back for any future repair. More
