Always leery of the car buying experience, the helpful and no hassle attitude at Stevens was awesome. Will Poole took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Buying pre-owned was no different than buying new. He spent time going over the entire vehicle with my wife so she was comfortable using it. Also, no tricks in the finance department. The numbers matched to the bottom line and Carlos was a "real" person. I had a great experience and will definitely go back to Stevens for my next Ford. I went to Stevens to see one they had advertised certified pre-owned. I drove it with Joseph Hudak and decided it was the one I'd been looking for and we came to a deal. I've since had two oil changes and one minor issue they took care of with no hassle and can say the service department is on par with the sales. Highly Recommended More

I was in the midst of a busy work period and did not have time to spend in a dealership, so I asked them to send over all documents ahead of time, so that I could quickly pick up the car and get out, and they did so. Carlos was equally helpful in getting me processed and out of the door. I spent less than 30 minutes total in the dealership, which I thought was pretty impressive, and everyone seemed really focused on making my experience positive. Would definitely go back to these guys and recommend them highly. More
