The only complaint I have, is after spending over $60,000, I would have thought the dealership could have put atleast a half a tank of fuel, if not filled it up. I had to put over 33 gallons of fuel $60,000, I would have thought the dealership could have put atleast a half a tank of fuel, if not filled it up. I had to put over 33 gallons of fuel in the truck which was about $129.00. Other than that my experience was really good. More

Brianne was very nice to work with, very professional, and would work with her again. But in the future, there may be two reasons I would not return to Estles . 1.. Once I purchased the vehicle, I let and would work with her again. But in the future, there may be two reasons I would not return to Estles . 1.. Once I purchased the vehicle, I let Brianna know that there was less than an eighth of tank of fuel in it. I asked if she could put gas in it before I took it home. She said sure and mind you I just spent $20,000 and I know that’s not a lot these days but it is to me. Not sure what their policy is, but Estles would’ve had to spend about. $40/$50 to fill up the tank, the tank came back half full.. 2. Once I purchased the vehicle, and prepared to take it home, I was handed one set of keys.. At no time was this mentioned or I would’ve asked for another set to be . Made before agreeing to purchase. As you may or may not know it’s probably about $250 to make a new set of keys with a key fob these days. Which is ridiculous itself. God forbid we just make a regular key. Now that’s $250 more out of my pocket. Like I said, Brianna was very professional and enjoyed working with her and may do it again in the future. But these two things will always be in the back of my mind about Estles. More

After viewing the website, my communications were limited to a couple of phone calls and text messages. They were able to provide a detailed listing of costs which I needed for my own financing. Once ev to a couple of phone calls and text messages. They were able to provide a detailed listing of costs which I needed for my own financing. Once everything was agreed in, I spent less than an hour at the dealership making the trade and closing the paperwork. No problems whatsoever. Unfortunately, there was one mishap on my end. While enroute to the dealership with my trade, I caught a stone in the windshield near Ann Arbor. I was quite concerned that this would end the planned deal since there was now damage to my GMC. Nope. Estle understood how this can happen and they honored their promise with no complications. What a relief. More
