I had done my homework prior to my visit so I knew what I wanted out of a new car and with the help of Chris Gravin and Brianna Tozzo they made it a reality. Chris set out to find me the right car to fit my needs while Brianna really took the time to clearly explain the details of the deal & technology of the TL which, as I said, made the experience easy and enjoyable. Acura of Westchester was the best dealership I worked with over my three week search for a car. I live in Manhattan and Brianna was kind enough to arrange for rides to and from the Larchmont Metro North with over my three week search for a car. She was also extremely helpful sorting through the large inventory of Certified Pre-Owned cars and even stayed late to allow us to reduce the amount of times we had to make the trip out there. After my HORRIBLE experience with Paragon Acura (worst place of all time... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Brianna did EXACTLY what she said she would do. This is the 3rd Acura RL I've leased and by FAR this has been place of all time... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Brianna did EXACTLY what she said she would do. This is the 3rd Acura RL I've leased and by FAR this has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. They quoted me a price over the phone and delivered exactly what they quoted!!! They didn't have the car in stock that I wanted (and unlike Paragon) they said they would make a few phone calls to find that exact car. They didn't push the one they had in stock and found "my car" within 10 minutes!!!! I gave Brianna all the information she required and within 4 days of my initial call I picked up my new RL. Brianna took care of having my insurance transferred to my new car; took care of registration and plates. She helped set up the bluetooth system so my cell phone would work and described all the features of the car in detail. If you are looking to purchase or lease an Acura I highly recommend Brianna Tozzo and Acura of Westchester!!! More
