She was very well informed and answered all of our questions. Her pleasant personality made trying out several cars productive, allowing us to find the right car for us. She took the time to explain everything about the car we chose and didn't pressure us into buying options we didn't want. We believe ourselves fortunate to have worked with Brianna. The closing paperwork was fast and efficient, our new car was prepared promptly, and Brianna made sure we were thoroughly familiar with all its large and small features. I could not have asked for a friendlier sales person than Brianna who was beyond patient with me. I originally wanted the LDX but quickly learned the color I wanted had been discontinued. I went back to the dealership the very next day and started my search for a new car all over again. As picky as I am, Brianna managed to find me the perfect car that included all of the little things I had requested. She was easy to talk to, very realistic & did noot feed me a bunch of sales mumbo jumbo! When all was said & done, I was able to literally drive my new TL home that very day. (And it was a Saturday). Buying a car can be very stressful & if I didn't have the right person to walk me through the process, the results may not have been the same. More
