When I contacted this dealership I was angry, sad and despondent of my prospects of finding a car. But from my first call in to Brianna (she should be on the sales floor) the customer service has been fantastic. Nuri Reed took care of me thru the whole process. With 15 years of experience I didn't have to wait for her to get answers she had them all. She could see how beaten down I was and looked after me like she was my mom. Nice feeling. I was very hesitant to put a deposit down, but she promised to get me acar by or before the agreed upon date (17 days) She said her goal and the goal of Gettel is to underprivileged and ovrdeliver. My first contact was Tuesday and by Friday I had my car. Nuri Reed restored my faith in humankind. The whole experience was a joy. Thanks to you all. More
