I arrived at Spitzer Ford, unscheduled visit. Brianna Connors met me as soon as I walked in the door. She listened to my issues with my new car, and went out and sat in my car with me. I couldn’t get the maps to pull up on my car monitor. She worked with it for awhile and realized that there must be something wrong with the system. She setup a map on my phone so I could travel the next day @ 300 miles using my phone. I told her I was so embarrassed that I didn’t know how to setup the car features myself. She said she would talk to the service manager and let them know that I need a time to bring in my car when I get back home to get the car serviced. She was super patient and helpful and realized that I was so embarrassed. More
