In moving last year to Wilmington, I have found this service dept. to be extremely difficult to deal with, including in them not having parts in stock. It is quite difficult to obtain an appointment and service dept. to be extremely difficult to deal with, including in them not having parts in stock. It is quite difficult to obtain an appointment and 2 out of the 4 times my engine light has come on, they did not have the part required. Firstly, why does an auto still under warranty persists in having mechanical problems. To add salt to the wounds, with their logistic method to obtain the part, they can never tell me when the part will arrive. Then I have to fight with the scheduler to obtain a new appointment.
