Absolute worst experience buying a car at Brent Brown Toyota. Financing was rushed to get things signed. Had to keep messaging them to find out any updates. Took over a week to get final word that deal went through and even then had to come in and re-sign things at a higher rate and monthly. Highly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More

He didn't try to push us into anything but instead wanted to make sure we made a smart purchase that we would be happy with for years to come. His primary goal is to have a happy repeat customer and to sell something he really believes in and can stand behind. He was kind, funny, and patient. He even called us a few times afterward to make sure all was well and gave us his cell number in case we need anything. We worked with Andy in financing. He helped us make good choices as far as warranty items he recommends for our driving needs and didn't try to talk us into things he felt would be a waste of money for our specific situation.
