Brian was wonderful but my vehicle is a lemon and has had many problems over the past few months with less l\than 5000 miles on the vehicle. They had to put a new engine in it because it just stopped on I 95 many problems over the past few months with less l\than 5000 miles on the vehicle. They had to put a new engine in it because it just stopped on I 95 in 100temp heat when my son had his 4 month old and 2 year old in the car. This is unacceptable and I requested that they take back this lemon and either give me a new car or my money back. I have not received either at the moment but plan on talking to the GM and owner to get resolution. More

Jeremy Aaron and Brian were all helpful with the servicing of our 92 Park Avenue. The air conditioning had failed to operate properly and after several explorative services, it was discovered that i servicing of our 92 Park Avenue. The air conditioning had failed to operate properly and after several explorative services, it was discovered that it also needed a new compressor that had to be ordered. And was expected to take several days to come in, surprisingly Brian called on Sunday and said the unit had come in the car was repaired and ready to be picked up when we were ready to get it. This was very helpful because we were dealing with an emergency type situation. , surprisingly Brian called on Sunday and said the unit had come in the car was repaired and ready to be picked up when we were ready to get it. This was very helpful because we were dealing with an emergency type situation not related to the vehicle and this really helped free up our time , and picking it up on Sunday really helped free up our time. Brian and the team you have at the service desk are good folks. More
