Good afternoon. Mr. Kennedy, my family and I have used this Jeep dealership and service shop for many years. We even purchased a new car recently from there, which w Mr. Kennedy, my family and I have used this Jeep dealership and service shop for many years. We even purchased a new car recently from there, which was a great experience. I am writing to inform you that my last experience servicing my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for 6:30 am and dropped it off at said time. Brian informed me that I would hear back from him in 1-2 days. I made plans to use my girl's car for that period as I drive to work daily. I didn't hear back from Brian until Monday. My wife wanted to go there Friday to speak to you about the lack of communication and to express her anger and frustration. I had to calm her down and keep her from doing so. When families rely on their vehicles to get to work, it is very important that they be properly informed about the status of their cars. This was unacceptable. There was no excuse for not communicating with us the status of our car. I feel you should know because we feel very strongly about this situation. Sincerely, Jose Sempertegui More

Brought my 2019 Wrangler in for inspection and an oil change. Entire experience took less than an hour and everything was done perfectly. Then on the way home, I noticed a new problem that seemed like an change. Entire experience took less than an hour and everything was done perfectly. Then on the way home, I noticed a new problem that seemed like an electrical short. Brought the Jeep back a couple of days later when I could. As I was checking in, the service rep asked me a bunch of questions and then stopped everything to actually go look at my Jeep. He came back and said that he thought he'd found the issue and corrected it. So, rather than have me leave my Jeep for at least a few days he solved the problem instantly, saving me a lot of time and money. Great service department. Have only had fantastic experience with them. More
